Blueprint Courier Services was started when, as an owner builder, I discovered that many professional, designers, architects, engineers and contractors, were spending many hours at various building departments to submit their plans. Most complained that their time could better served at the drawing board, CADD computers or in meetings with their clients. So, on that note, our decision to provide this service to a wanting industry was made.
